WEST HILLS, Calif. (May 2022) — West Hills Hospital & Medical Center, a full-service acute care facility, is proud to welcome Dave Morgan, MSPT, MBA, as its new chief operating officer (COO). Morgan began his new role May 31, 2022.
As COO, Morgan is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at West Hills Hospital, including key areas such as patient satisfaction, quality of care, physician and staff relations, organizational culture, and beyond.
Prior to joining West Hills Hospital, Morgan served as vice president of operations at Regional Medical Center in San Jose. He began his healthcare care in physical therapy and served as the Director of Therapy Services at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas Nevada.

Morgan received his MBA with Healthcare Emphasis from Ashford University in San Diego. He also holds a Master’s of Science in Physician Therapy from Regis University in Denver. He recently relocated to Southern California with his wife and their four children.
